Renovated South Facade

J.Morksgade was built in 1921. The overall background to this proposal is to provide a new bathroom and kitchen for each apartment, as well as to install an elevator in the building. At the same time, it is requested that residents have internal access to both the basement and the courtyard without going outside.  
A preliminary registration report has been made, which was prepared by an external consultant.  
The proposal has been prepared on the basis of this registration of the existing conditions and discussion with the owner. 
The client wishes the case is processed, thus the systematics of BVB's tools are used. Bid to the contractor complies with current legislation and GC18/92. Regardless of whether there is public support in the project or not, it is the client´s wishes that the requirements of ICT agreement will be fulfilled. 
The client wants an economic calculation of any measures to achieve Renovation class 1 and 2 in BR15.  
Furthermore, the client also requests a statement of sustainable initiatives beyond BR requirements. The proposal gives a description of the maintenance work in roofs, facades, staircase, surfaces, etc. and a description of the improvement through the establishment of new bathrooms, new kitchens, arrangement of the basement, fireproofing and insulation works.

INDIVIDUAL TECHNICAL DETAILS(ELECTIVE PROGRAMME ELEMENT)

The second part of the 5th semester was an individual subject. I had to choose a topic to focus on for my technical details in relation to our project. I decided to work on post-insulation of the north facade and plastering including details at windows, masonry-reparation, and plastering of internal walls/ door holes
 I started by doing research and reading literature on post-insulation.I consulted my instructor on my technical detail sketches. After finilazing the sketches,I drafted them on revit,
